Rated 1 out of 5 by from Electrical Issue, light flickers while brewing. This machine has big issues. Brewing coffee is extremely slow and my kitchen light starts to flicker while brewing. i thought i have electrical issue so i called a certified electrician and he said this machine draws extremely high amp than regular appliance designed for everyday use in kitchen because its heating the water while brewing and he suggested to return it and get a different model. I did some research and found 100's of people on reddit has same issue as mine. Keurig please fix the issue. i had 3 Keurig before and never experience this issue.

Besides the 12oz button only filling 8-10 oz, this thing has said descale from the start, I’ve bought 2 Keurig cleaning kits, used 3 gallons of vinegar, and still descale! I’m so frustrated, we only use bottled filtered water, we use for about 3-4 cups per day, I’m about ready to throw it out the door!

Purchased the K-Supreme Plus in October 2020…..On June 8, 2021 after performing the “descaling” procedure, the machine would not power on….it is completely dead! I Do NOT recommend this product as my other machines did not have this descaling feature

The water tank is so much easier to fill with the handle (our sits back in an alcove that was hard to reach when we had the model without handle). The kids love the ice coffee mode for summer, and I love the variety of ounces you can brew, temperature and strength. So glad we got this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from On our third brewer. This brewer has issues. On our third brewer. This brewer has issues. I have had Keurig brewers for several years and this one is by far the worse. I have already had it replaced 2 times and I am skeptical this third one will work. I only drink one cup of coffee so this brewer is primarily used for just hot water for like tea where we have tea bags. After about 2 months the brewer stops working and doesn't brew a full cup. Looking at the reviews Keurig has to be aware of this and needs to replace this brewer with another for customers and stop selling this model!! This model is very expensive on top of that. Keurig go back to the drawing board this brewer does not work!!
