Prep + Prime Lip Primer is a color-free base to wear under lipstick. It adds light moisture, smoothes, and refines the look of lips and improves the appearance of applied lip products while providing immediate hydration.
How do I use it: Hold bottle 12" away from face and spray evenly. Use alone or to finish makeup.
Apply a thin coating of Lip Primer over entire lip area and over lip edges. Follow with lip color.
