Serves: 6–8
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese and sour cream. Whip until combined and smooth, about one minute.
Add the mustard, lemon juice, zest, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and dill, and mix until combined.
Then, add the capers, red onion, and smoked salmon. Fold in with a rubber spatula by hand until just combined.
Cover and refrigerate one hour. Serve with bagel chips and veggies.
Prep this dip the night before for an easy accompaniment to your brunch spread!
