Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Preparation

In a 12 ounce mason jar or resealable container, place the oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

Then, add the peanut butter and swirl it throughout the oat mixture.

Let it sit overnight in the fridge and enjoy.

Make this recipe dairy-free by using almond, oat, rice, or cashew milk.
