Cold Brew Campfire S’more

Ingredients

  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 3 oz coffee liquor
  • 3 oz cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz marshmallow or whipped cream vodka
  • 2 jumbo marshmallows, toasted
  • 4 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Ice

Preparation

First, prepare your glassware. Fill a saucer with about 1/4" of chocolate sauce and a second saucer with the graham cracker crumbs. Take 2 (10-oz) mugs and dip the rims into the chocolate, coating completely, and then immediately dip into the crumbs, turning and shifting the glass to thoroughly coat. Overfill with ice.

Add the cream, liquor, coffee and vodka to an ice filled martini shaker. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to build a good froth. Pour into mugs, top with a skewered toasted marshmallow, and enjoy!

If you can't find marshmallow vodka, you may use whipped cream vodka.
