Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall body workout! Fun!! It is very possible for one person to assemble! Just takes trying! I did! I love my Stamina recumbent bike and rower! Use it almost everyday. Gives an overall workout: legs (thighs and calves), butt, upper & lower back, forearms, bicepts, shoulders, midriff, abs, all! Time flies by!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value for the money I like unit but the resistance settings are not strong enough. Even at the highest setting it’s weak. Other than that very durable and solid construction. Seat is comfortable as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good, but... Nice and smooth operation however the seat is not too comfortable and the calorie counter does not use difficulty level for calculation -- apparently only RPM

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality home equipment I purchased this equipment because of it's multi-function capabilities to use in my home during the pandemic. For home use it is perfect, priced fairly as is substantial. A well made piece of equipment that more than met my expectations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buy something else. Couldn’t get parts. Put it together finally and the sensor doesn’t work. Can’t imagine how hard that’s going to be able to get. It’s not well put together. Hard to assemble. Instructions dreadful. Definately not for shorter people. I’m 5’3” and it’s a stretch. All and all a bad experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Precision construction I am very happy with the quality and precision of the Stamina Conversion II. The main detractors for me are that the straps for the feet are a bit difficult to get into and the length of the pull when rowing is a little shorter than I would like. Also, I have to use a pillow for seat cushion when using the recumbent bike. An adjustable seat back would be a big improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5'1" or 6'4" Easy to assemble. Smooth and quite operation. I'm 5'1" and it is very comfortable for me to ride or row. My husband is 6'4" and he is not able to fully extend during rowing but he is still able to get a good workout. Seat is very comfortable. I'm taking an online course now and have taken a slow 3 hour ride twice a week. So happy to have this machine!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine, but !! Set up was easy, good directions. The only reason for 3 stars is that after only a few uses, the unit has developed a knocking sound during biking mode. I'm going to call customer service to see if there is a fix. But for the noise I'd give this fiv.
