Creamy Chili-Lime Dressing

Originally created for David's Deconstructed Enchilada Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 6 scallions, trimmed and cut in thirds
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 6 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until the dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
