Watermelon Slushies

Watermelon Slushie Recipe

Drink up, foodies!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes plus freezer time.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cubed, seedless watermelon in 1"–2" chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed and halved, plus more for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
  • 2–3 Tbsp agave
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3 oz vodka (optional)

Preparation:

Place the watermelon in a single layer on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Add the watermelon and all of the remaining ingredients to a large blender. Blend on high for 10–15 seconds until everything is fully processed and combined. Serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

For extra flavor, use watermelon- or strawberry-flavored vodka.
