It's dessert in a drink! By having an alcoholic and non-alcoholic option, everyone can sip on a chocolaty concoction.
Put all ingredients,except the garnishes, into the pitcher of a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into 2 (8-oz) glasses. Top each with whipped cream and a drizzle of the extra chocolate syrup. Crush the remaining cookie and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
If you're making both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties, label the glasses or use different types of drinkware to keep them separate.
