How do I use it: Soak hair. Depending on length, dispense one-half to two pumps of shampoo onto your palm and emulsify. Massage to create lather, starting at the scalp and work through to ends. For a more intensive lather, add water. Leave on for one to two minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess water.

Dispense one to three pumps of conditioner onto your palm and emulsify. Apply to hair and scalp, focusing on mid-shaft to ends. Work from the front of the head to the back. Leave in for two to five minutes. Rinse.
