How do I use it: Take a few swirls of the Silk Peony Eye Cream on your fingertip and dot along and around each eye, including the eyelids. Gently massage around the eye area for even distribution. Use morning and night. Next, either after makeup application or without makeup, apply The Silk Powder all over face and neck.
