How do I use it: After taking off the cap, twist the opposite end until a small drop of gel is visible on the brush tip. For a brand-new pen, several twists may be required to break the seal and prime the brush. Apply a thin layer of the gel directly onto the surfaces of the upper and lower teeth and in between. Do not rinse and do not eat or drink for 20 minutes after application. Repeat two to four times throughout the day.
