How do I use it: Twist the sculpt tape contour on and place three dots along the areas you want to contour like hollows of cheeks, sides of forehead, jawline, and nose. Blend upward in circular motions with the brush. Apply 2 to 3 dots of the glow tape highlighter along the high points of the cheeks or any spots that catch the light: temples, down bridge of nose, under brows, inner corners of eyes, and above the cupid's bow and blend outward.
