From tarte, Amazonian Clay Pot Eyeliner is a two-in-one gel cream that can be used to create a wide range of looks to help make your eyes the focus while giving the appearance of thicker, fuller lashes. The waterproof formula can be used as an eyeliner to highlight and define the inner rim or as an eye shadow to create a creaseless elevated look.
How do I use it: Use the smaller side of the brush on the upper eyelid to create a thin line. Use the wider side of the brush to smudge liner on the lower lash line. Wipe off excess product on bottom of the cap.
