How do I use it: Smooth one to two pumps of primer over face and blend into skin. Can be worn alone or under makeup. Using your finger tip, gently apply a very thin layer of Shadow Insurance to clean, dry lids (less is more). The size of a raindrop covers both lids. Apply Lip Insurance to clean, dry lips prior to lipstick.
