It brightens the appearance of dark circles under the eye on every skin tone, helping to set and keep concealer in place. You look fresh all day!
How do I use it: After applying your concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush (not included). Tap brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles. Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer. Pro Tip: Less is more. A sheer amount will set and brighten for all day!
