How do I use it: Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath. Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips. This ensures you are coating each lash for lift, volume, and length. Keep repeating as necessary to build a full coat of mascara, fanning lashes out as you comb up.
