How do I use it: Place the creamy satin/matte side of the stick on the eye lid and blend out with your finger and coat the eyelid evenly. The cream acts as a base and is going to set anything you put on top of it. Layer the shimmer powder side of the stick on the eye lid over the satin shade to add dimension to your look and use your finger to evenly blend. Use the powder anywhere you want highlight or more color.
