How do I use it: Starting at the base of your lashes, wiggle mascara brush and sweep your mascara up and through to the tips, coating each lash. Apply additional coats for more dramatic results.
Use eyeliner above or below your lash line. For a fine line, draw a line as close to your upper and/or lower lashes as possible.
