Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simply Awful Purchased this because I had knee replacement surgery..No instructions provided, had to download off XTRERRA site....I found the instructions difficult ( and I put many things together over the years), Called support....next to useless. The first guy I spoke to "wasn't familiar with the machine." He went to look at one and hung up on me. Next guy read the instructions to me.....I can read, thanks. After 3 hours of struggle, done. Got on machine and found the seat brake was defective. After three or four rotations, the seat would slam forward and drive my newly replaced knee into the center pillar. I called support, Mike told me yep it's probably defective, he will sent me the part but I need to take the machine apart to replace with part as they will not provide labor. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE....Nothing, Nada, Zip...No help....I would give zero stars, but apparently one is the minimum....Now I have to take it apart to send it back and 3 of us have not been able to pull the two main pieces apart!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this bike! I am so happy and satisfied with this recumbent bike! I can only use this type of machine because of my bad knee and was worried that it wouldn’t measure up to the ones at my gym. Those recumbents cost at least a couple thousand dollars, but for this low price this bike gives me the same experience. Put it together easily in less than an hour (husband is amazing) and have ridden it every single day. It’s virtually silent when going full tilt. Cannot imagine anyone regretting this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this bike! I got this on sale for $199.99 available on 5 easy pays. Couldn't believe it was so cheap. My husband put it together in about 1 1/2 hours (needed his tools). I used to use the bikes in the gym all the time and this is definitely comparable. It's quiet, has over 20 programs, a place to hook up your music, a water bottle holder, pulse tracker. Just overall awesome. i was worried because there were no reviews, but so far, so good!
