Phew! Overpowering fragrance.
Couldn’t get beyond the strong fragrance. Purchased the coconut-verbena and will be sending back.

Strong sent
The sent for White Tea and Lavender is a strong creamy Vanilla sent, no lavender. Too strong for me. Also the content was incorrect got 3 hand and 1 foot exfoliate cream rather then 2 of each and I was really getting product for the foot exfoliate. Will say skin is soft but This product just isn’t meeting my expectations so am returning it - once I find out how, since no receipt came in box nor return label. Sloppy all around!

Works as described
I first used a diamond file and then applied twice a day and …,big improvement in 3 days. Haven’t tried the hand exfoliate yet.

WHISH IT WORKED
I did not expect miracles I thought it might make my feet and hands a bit softer. It actually made them more dry the scent to me is nice coconut is what I ordered so one star for a nice smell.

I’m totally agree with others viewers a package was torn the tubes are all over the place. I have not seen anything like it before. They could do better than that. I would not give it to anyone because of a package.

Really bad
I am so disappointed in this set. This was my first, and probably last, experience with this brand. The hand cream us a greasy mess. So thick and greasy. But I held out for the foot mask, hoping day after day that it might work. But it didn't do anything at all. My heels were as dry and cracked after several full nights of a generous slathering. It plain doesn't work. On top of all this, it stinks. I haven't returned anything to qvc in years, and I order a lot... But this is going back. I do not believe those heel before and afters. And the presenters had to have felt how greasy the hand cream was. Disappointed in this all the way around.

Ok how good can it really be? Super good!!! I LOVE the hand remedy especially…. Really! After first use saw a difference… good difference! Plumper skin….my hands looked better and younger! Feet … softer and crusties gone!

Horrible smell
Let me start by saying that I do like this product very much. I had purchased the coconut scent a while back and although it was OK it was too strong and it lingered. I thought this time I would try a lighter scent and I went with the lavender. Well it was horrible. The smell is so strong and so bad. For a natural product/clean product it smells very unnatural and it has an overpowering musky smell. As I said, I do like the product and think that it works very well but I can’t stand the scent.
