GEORGEOUS shoe but like clarks thong sandles the toe post is positioned about 1/4" to 1/2" to far back positioning your heel too far back in the shoe and leaving too much space in front of your toes. It just looks sloppy. Sizing down would not correct this problem it might even make it worse. I am a true 8 1/2 narrow and that is what I bought. It is aesthetically pleasing (olive) and the soul is very comfortable and somewhat narrow. The materials used are subpar, it just feels cheap. I thought ryka built their shoes around a woman's foot, could of fooled me. I love Ryka and hate to leave a bad review but this shoe warrants it. $52, I think not. I do not recommend this shoe.

It's comfy but just ok
I think these shoes are super cute and light weight, which I love, BUT I feel like I have to adjust them really tight to not have my foot slip around. When they are that tight, the top area digs into the top of my foot which creates a whole other issue. Not worth sending back, but just ok shoes overall especially for the price.

Toe Post Rubs
I was excited to see these sandals fit! I wear a size 13 but can do some sandals in 12. They were very cute, felt supportive but the toe post rubbed horribly. It was a good test for me as I’ll try other styles, just none with the toe post. Had to return these though.

Perfect
These sandals are so comfortable and a classic style. I have loved this style since the sixties, but have never had a pair so comfortable. They look great on my feet. Thanks so much for making the size 5!

Just Didn't Work For Me
MY SIZE: I always wear a 5-1/2 - 6 (6 in dressy shoes or really narrow widths like converse or toms). I have slightly wider feet but not to point that I can / need to wear wide-widths.
SIZING ISSUE: I wore Ryka's "suede faux shearling bungee Evie" boots in size 5-1/2, as my everyday "go to" shoe in the winter because of their incredible comfort. Wanted these to be my every day summer shoe thinking they'd be as comfortable. I ordered same size..5-1/2 but they just didn't fit right. The soles fit my feet perfectly...but the toe post was too far up towards the top of the shoe, so the post was about 1/2" higher than where it should be, and it rubbed horribly since that part of your toe moves when you walk.
COMFORT: The shoe DID feel nice and "spongy" underneath...however, there really wasn't as much arch support as I would've liked / hoped for. Also, even if the toe post was in appropriate position, think it still would've been uncomfortable, as it feels very stiff.
AESTHETICS / VALUE: They are lightweight & "cute" though even if they fit properly, I'm not sure this Ryka is worth the cost.
Still gave 3 stars because Im not sure if this one is the fault of the shoes or my feet and may have overlooked cost and the lesser arch support had they fit properly.

Went right back in the mail
Not only do these shoes look cheap they smelled like cheap plastic. As soon as I opened the box the scent was nauseating.
