Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unhappy This is my second purchased Rowenta from QVC, both same style first one lasted about three years, second one only two years before cord had to be replaced, I do like the ProMaster iron because of the steam, of course out of warranty, called Rowenta Service Dept. found a dealer in another state waiting for repaired iron to be returned.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cord shorts out This is the second Rowenta I've purchased and both had the cord short out. This one i bought in 2016 and the first one i had only lasted about 2 years before it shorted out. Good Iron but I can get one cheaper that will short out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty Heavy Got this for a gift for my mother (who irons everything). She has always liked Rowenta, so I thought this one would be nice and easy. It was so heavy, and buttons so hard to push, her hand was sore after ironing a few shirts that she had to stop. I think they should put the weight of some items on the description list. Sorry this has to go back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Iron I have ever owned This was one of those purchases I have not regretted at all. This is a quality iron and you just don't realize how much better they are until you use them. No more Wal Mart cheapos for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaker I used to love Rowenta. Last 5 i have ordered are leakers. 2-3 months of use and iron leaks on my clothes. What a mess. I have returned to Rowenta to be repaired. 2-3 months later...leak. This last one was a gift.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped Working This iron was great while it worked. Nevertheless, it conveniently stopped working three months after the warranty expired.
