Rated 2 out of 5 by from It Works good just for 2 weeks I purchased this product, which is good when it works!. After two weeks, It stops sending notifications. I called Ring for support and they didn't fix the problem. They had to send a replacement. I feel very disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ring 2 Love the Ring 2. We were having trouble with our security cameras angle. They would only catch the person at the door and them walking away. Never their face. This took care of the problem. We can see a large area of our property too

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I do not regret this purchase I love this product. It has already caught several people trying things that should not be going on. Even called the police from my work and sent them to my home and the guy and girl was arrested taking stuff out of my house. Little pricey but the cost of what would have been stolen was more than buying the ring.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Received It I ordered the "" Today's Special Value" , the Ring door bell... I never received it, so I called customer service, they were very nice and I understanding. It wasn't left at my house, due to the policy of not leaving electronics at the front door. They said it was dropped off at the post office, plus they left instructions 3 times,on where to pick up. I never received any... The post office didn't recognize the tracking number, so they want me to B Bring my QVC email, in to verify tracking number. They couldn't find it. Interesting, someone else wrote almost the same review, as mine. I had to cancel, Ring Door Bell went MIA... Sometimes, things happen. I was a great deal....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good idea but needs improvement I received the Ring doorbell, hooked it up, etc. and it works great on the iPhone but not on the Android phone. I called Ring customer service who were top notch and we were on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get it to work. The customer rep said they are having a problem getting it to work on Androids due to a software update on Android's end. After reinstalling Ring on the phone and tweaking it, it worked for a little while and now it's not working again. Unfortunately I'm returning it. A friend has it also and works fine on her Android so I guess it's hit or miss.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to return because the motion sensor did not wo After troubleshooting the ring doorbell with ring it was determined that the motion sensor was not working at all. We could walk up to the doorbell and the ring would not detect movement at all, the nice lady at QVC helped me with the return for a replacement. The issue is how long it is taking to get a return item. I would have like to have had QVC send a replacement out the day I called in and let them know the ring doorbell was defective but they are telling me they are backed up in the warehouse and that they apologize for the delay. Simply sending me another one would have been great since I paided for it in full, instead I'm waiting on the warehouse backup.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Haven’t received mine I don’t know if my Ring works because I ordered it on June 22nd and haven’t received it!! According to the tracking detail, UPS transferred it to the United States Postal Service and it’s been in Atlanta since June 25th. I live in Atlanta, so why haven’t I received it? I’m so disappointed...
