We love the Nutribullet, BUT when we had a problem the customer service department at Nutribullet was AOL. The problem was that our blade insert started smoking and smelled like it was burning every time that we used it. This was after 6 months of near daily use. We learned later (through comments on the internet - NOT by any response from the Nutribullet customer service) that you have to replace the blades every (you guessed it) 6 months, depending on your usage. WHY couldn't their customer service have taken a minute or two to tell us this, after NUMEROUS times of us trying to contact them!?? The unit itself has been great, BUT don't have any questions for the customer service folks! They do NOT respond.

Exactly what I expected
I bought this for my boyfriend. His son keeps running off with the cups to his nutribullet. He has the original. This is perfect. I’m actually going to order another kit for my own.

Not For Pro 1000
Bought along with the Nutribullet Pro 1000. Got everything and noticed the blade assembly were different. Went to use and they won’t work with this unit. Am sending back.
