Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a chef. Surprised how fast the skillet heated up. Cooked even something I’m not used to in my department store pans. Really tired of the non stick on cheaper pans chipping off. Clean up was good. Warm soapy water bottom of pan didn’t stain even on gas flame. Liked that. Cheaper pans burn on the bottom on gas flame. I’m not a chef but I think I’m going to enjoy and get a lot of cooking done in this skillet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to return The pan was beautiful, everything I hoped it would be, except there were tiny white spots on the inside of the pan that I couldn't remove by washing it. I was afraid the spots were a flaw in the enamel so I had to return it. I would have ordered another one but they were all sold out. So disappointing!

I took a little time to learn how to cook in this skillet and how to properly clean it and it has performed exceptional! Great even heating brings great results! Good solid weight without being too much. I bought the Caribbean and it stays on my stove top. Would highly recommend this as a purchase, it is worth it. It is also worth your time to learn about how to use it properly if you buy it. It has been a great investment for me and cleans up beautifully each time I use it. You won't be disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very disappointed. I was surprised that given Le Creuset’s reputation for quality , this pan is not non stick and the interior coating turned spotty after two uses. I think the pan was made to look good but it is not functional without a lot of butter or oil.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Everything sticks Was very excited to get this pan but totally disappointed with it. Upon opening for first time there were mark's on bottom interior that I could not get off, everything sticks and leaves residue mark's that won't come off. Wish I had sent it back

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most used kitchen tool I own! This is my first cast iron skillet and I was skeptical that this was truly nonstick. Prior to using this, I did season this following a YouTube video on how to season cast iron skillets. I seasoned it in avocado oil upside down in a 375F oven for one hour and then turn off the oven and let it cool in there. I did that one night after dinner and let it sit there all night to cool down. The next morning I cooked sausage links and they didn’t stick and were so easy and quick to cook. Nothing has stuck! And I’m like the National Lampoon of cooks, I always mess things up or burn stuff. Love it, would recommend it, you just gotta do some research and read the manual, watch tutorials, and patience to learn. Not everything is turnkey ready. It takes a little effort on our part to make sure we know how to operate the tool.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Wish I'd tried this before the 30 days was up. Everything sticks to it...no matter what I do. Only good thing is I love the Carribbean Blue color. I love my Le Crueset Dutch oven, but this pan is sold as 'non-stick' which is simply "non-true."

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened with the finish, LeCreuset? I really hate to say that ALL food sticks to this pan, no matter how much oil you put in it, how low you keep the heat. I sent it back because I'd have to scrape it and ruin the finish to get it clean. Every time. So sorry, because I love LeCreuset. What happened with this finish?
