JAI Sterling Silver 2.7mm Box Chain Bracelet is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 61.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad clasp! One of the worst bracelet clasps I have ever enocountered. Bracelet itself is beautiful but getting it on, and then off, is a major jobl No wonder the price was such a deal. It will cost me that much, and probably more, for a jeweler to replace the clasp to something that is easier to get on and off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted.. This tiny bracelet is beautiful! I hope it can withstand everyday wear. My Diamonique bracelet broke after a year of daily wear, hoping this will last longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! I am so thrilled that JAI finally added the XL size to their bracelet assortment. I normally wear a Large but since the chain in most JAI bracelets is thick the Large fits like an Average so I have been disappointed time and time again. You would think that the thickness would have been taken into account. Finally, they added a XL size which fits like a Large. I love the JAI designs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoying This Bracelet I bought this in xlarge as is and it is perfect. I have a 7 inch wrist but this was the only one left and although it does drape on my wrist it won't fall of and I can put it on by myself. It is not a big bracelet but definitely has presence.i have checked it over and it is very well made and I don't believe mine will break unless I catch it on something as any bracelet may break.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stylish Silver Chain loaded with details I have a problem finding bracelets small enough to fit my wrist and this one fits the bill. Most of them just fall off. That being said, I don't find the lobster clasp to be very comfortable. The clasp tends to poke me in the hand and it isn't that the bracelet is too tight. I can still roll into and out of it, without opening the clasp. The clasp opening is quite narrow and difficult to put on without help. For that amount that it cost, I expected the bracelet to be comfortable as well as stylish.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware It just fell apart at the clasp. Poorly built, bad guarantee. When I asked QVC for help, I was told this: "Unfortunately, this item does not meet our return policy. I apologize, JAI does not offer a warranty or repair service."

Rated 2 out of 5 by from defective clasp-difficult to use-Quality Control? Is QVC dropping the quality on this line? I hope not but it would not surprise me given what I see going on in QVC lately. I bought the small in this bracelet to use as a bracelet and a chain extender. I was surprised when it arrived with a smaller lobster claw than the necklace chain of the same millimeter size. The lobster clasp was stiff and would not retract far enough to let me easily attach it. It was very difficult and very frustrating to put on and I am very good at putting on difficult bracelets. The opening for the latch was small and thin only in one area on top. That was the area one needed to aim for with the lobster claw clasp that would not retract enough. After many attempts I managed but I am not going to do that everyday. It was like a running through an obstacle course. Why not use the same closure as the necklace? It was lovely and easy to attach. The bracelet chain seemed lighter as well but I can not say for sure because I didn't weigh it. The whole thing didn't have the same quality feel as the necklace of the same millimeter size. I have several lengths in those 2.7mm necklaces. ALSO, QVC, a 6.75" bracelet should measure 6.75", not 7.25". The "fit" idea is confusing and not well explained by the hosts. I am weary of QVC's crazy sizing in bracelets and clothes. I have shopped with them for many years and the sizing was much more realistic when I started. When I began shopping at the Q if a bracelet measured 7" it measured 7". The "fit description didn't exist. If the bracelet was very chunky it wasn't offered in 6.75", it was offered in 7". The hosts knew to explain this. They made bracelets for people with truly small wrists. Scott looks tired these days. I hope QVC isn't trying to get him to come down in quality so they can keep present prices. This line isn't inexpensive. We buy it for the quality and any compromise on quality will drive customers away.
