Disappointed
It seems to be sturdy but was a bear to put together. As has been said, the holes in the shelf did not line up. I had to drill to get it to fit. Then I realized that the space from the bar to the shelf is not the same on both sides. I still have not succeeded in getting the top hook bar in. It seems that the quality of the products sold here at QVC are lacking. I am so tired of returning things.

Exactly what I needed
Really easy to put together, except the wood board did not have pre-drilled holes. Great for organizing everything, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Perfect!
I needed a place to leave my dirty boots and shoes. My house does not have a hall closet and raincoats, shoes, coats become a major storage issue. This is the perfect solution. I put it in my garage for the summer and can transfer it anywhere in the house for cooler months. It is easy to put together and I can move it myself if/when needed. Love it!

What a Great Item!
This storage rack solved so many problems for us. We are limited in space and this is the perfect size and really does hold a lot, plus you can't beat the price! It's very well made and very easy to assemble. You will not be disappointed if you buy this. We love it!

Purchased 2 - Very Easy Assembly & Sturdy
I purchased two of these to store my in-season purses and shoes inside my quaint one-bedroom apartment. I like to collect purses that match my shoes and vice versa, so I needed two of these instead of one. These are priced well, and Easy Pay makes them really affordable. The assembly was very easy, and the item appears to be sturdy enough for many purses and shoes. I'd highly recommend this!

Love it!
I bought this to put in my foyer. There had been a coat rack there. When I saw this, I really liked that I could hang coats and put shoes on it. I had no problem with assembly- easy and quick. It holds quite a few jackets, an umbrella, and several pairs of shoes. It just has a nice look! The sale price was fantastic. I’m happy with this purchase.
