Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pans We have both the 10" pan from when it was first introduced quite a while ago and got the 12" pan to use for larger items and meals as a result of the 10" pan living up to it's promise. We've had absolutely no problems with the non-stick coating. The original 10" pan is still completely non-stick with no peeling or chipping. It's just like it was the day we got it. The 12" pan is also holding up well with no problems. People having problems MIGHT be using high heat to heat the pan faster. Cast iron of all types should be heated on low to medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes before cooking. It will get a lot hotter than you might think on low heat because it doesn't give up the heat quickly and it builds up in the pan. I don't think we've ever gone over a medium heat with these pans to sear steaks and other items. We made pancakes in the 12" pan the other day because we thought it would work better than using our standard stainless steel pans. We were right, nothing stuck to the pan and the pancakes came out better than they have in any other pan we've used. We like these pans so much, we're debating on getting the 8" pan to complete the set or just continue to use the 10" pan for smaller items.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Non Stick Don't Last Purchased back in March of 2020. Let start by saying I am well versed in cooking in cast-iron, I use only wooden or silicone utensils when I cook and hand wash all of my pots and pan. The skilet was great out of the box for the first 9 months then I noticed that it was not as nonstick as when I got it. Eventually it became another non seasoned cast iron pan everything stuck. Would not buy again and would not recommend

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very dissatisfied I am totally disappointed with my skillet. Shortly after I started using the pan it started sticking in the center like a RING. The pan continues to underperform at best. I use it on a coil electric stove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've read some of these reviews.. I've read some of these reviews and if I had prior to buying the pan I probably wound't have. I am SO glad I bought them first. I LOVE them. Some of the people complaining about the non stick coming off go on to say how they used extra virgin olive oil to heat up the skillet. That may or may not be your problem, because it clearly states in the directions for the care of this pan that you DON'T use it. You can fry eggs, to steak to grilled cheese and the clean up is a breeze. Buy them, READ and follow the instructions. You won't be disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Non-Stick Deteriorated I have had these pans less than a year and a half and the non-stick has pitted and lifted. I use medium heat and wooden or plastic utensils. I loved them for the first 6 months and had recommended them to friends. I hope they did not purchase. They are too expensive to replace every year.
