Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased this to replace another Blaze that I had purchased from QVC that no longer worked and, as another reviewer stated, was enticed by the price. Set up was easy since I was familiar with the product. However, this Blaze does not hold a charge for more than 2 days and the clock face is faint and difficult to read unless you push the stem in. Not pleased with the product so I am returning. Buyer beware -- you get what you pay for!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tracker Is Nice But App, Software and Support Not The Blaze tracker itself is awesome. After purchase it functioned flawlessly. After a couple of weeks there were several app updates. After that the tracker stopped functioning. There are hundreds of complaints on FitBits website and they have stated in plain terms that they simply don't care. No fix for two weeks and they claim another two weeks for the fix. Horrible support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quit within 3 weeks I already have a Fitbit Charge 2, which I love. I bought the Blaze 3 weeks ago and it stopped working. The info on the screen keeps shaking. It was never wet or dropped. I am very disappointment and I am sending this back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs a better charger I was excited to get my blaze, I got it all set up which was very easy but the battery was low so I tried to charge it. It would not charge, the battery charger was bad. I called qvc to see if I could just replace the charger but they said I had to send the whole thing back. So I packed it up sent it back and I had to wait again. I got my new blaze finally and I like it. I like how it tracks my sleep best of all and when I get on my elliptical it tracks that good too. Im a little disappointed tho about the battery life. On the show they said it should stay charged about 5 days. Well Im on my second charge and Ive had my blaze 7 days. Im a little nervous the new charger I got will stop working. So far its ok but it seems very cheap! I did get mine on the tsv plus had a gift card so I did pretty good on the price.

Returned and ordered the Charge 2--received it yesterday and it is working as it should, so far--hope it continues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Buyers Beware So excited to eceived the Fitbit Blaze. Bought it to keep me challenge and on track of my daily routine/excersices. Just started to wear 4 days ago... The watch is working fine so far , but the battery doesn't stay charge for too long. However, to my UNPLESANT surprise last night while sleeping started to feel itching underneath the watch the area where the Two sensors are. Discovered a bunch of tiny blisters. Yes, Blisters!!! Went on line and there Tons of complaints about this watch and more recently Mar 2018 where pretty much all Fitbit watches/models are causing same problem. Very, very upset that QVC is selling these watches knowing that there is a major problem here. Shame on QVC!!!
