Exchanged And Still Too Big - Seems Same Size
I LOVE Clark shoes anI am so unhappy with these shoes the 1st pair were very wide and didn't fit and they were size 9 and a 1/2 when I usually wear a 10. Then Ib exchange a half size smaller, and they fit exactly the same. Do I Have to pay 6.95 again?

Excellent shoes!
I received my shoes - metallic, 8 1/2 medium - last week and I think they are great. Very attractive and the fit is right on. They are extremely versatile in both style and color and will fill a hole in my shoe wardrobe, especially since I had foot surgery a while back and can no longer wear high heels when I need to dress up.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THESE CLARK SHOES ARE NOT THE QUALITY I AM ACCUSTOMED TO GETTING FROM QVC!!! FIRST THE SO CALL HEAL AND BOTTOM OF SHOES LOOKS AND FEELS CHEAP, THE LEATHER LOOKS CHEAP THE SHOES ARE NOT COMFORABLE AND THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU ARE CHARGING FOR THEM! THEY CAME TODAY, AND RETURING BOTH PAIRS BACK TOMORROW!

Clarks does it again.
These are absolutely beautiful shoes. But I ordered wide width and they are not wide. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I love these shoes but I have to send them back. Clark's needs to stop selling shoes as wide when they are not even close to being wide. I am so disappointed.
