Very good but...
It's a great product. Very effective and smooth compared to ordinary weight stack machines. Here's my issue. Use ability could have been better if you would have implemented an easier customizable pulley and cable position mount that slides and locks into place instead of having to constantly tighten and loosen them risking stripping a nut if you could create an upgrade for this I would buy not too expensive.

Review Update...Still a Great Machine
I've had the PR3000 for about 9 months now and have been using it 3 to 4 times a week. The machine works like the day I bought it, still looks brand new, and with the upgrade has me really working hard. I would purchase this machine again in a heartbeat. The only cable changes I have to make is when I want to sit down and work the legs, other than that, all I change is the attachment for the rods. I do 20 to 25 exercises like this and it has really made a difference in my muscle tone. At 63 yrs old I have a chest, arms and back muscles that a much younger person would want.. thanks to my Bowflex PR3000. Think I'm gonna get the Bowflex Selectech dumbells to add to my workout routine. Thanks Bowflex for a wonderful machine.

I am not truly a gym rat, but that was the only descriptor that applied. I used to go to the gym regularly, but too many other things got in the way, and going to the gym become too inconvenient. Now, I have a gym in my home (what use have I for a spare bed that just takes up 364 days of space?), and I use it 6 days a week, according to a weight training program. This makes it so easy, so convenient, so fulfilling!

This machine exceeded my expectations. I expected to have to change cables more often but rarely do. I can do all of my upper body workout (about 18-20 exercises) without changing a single cable. I just have to remove the leg press and seat. I've used it for a almost 2 months and really "feel" the difference. I can also see some improvement in my shoulders , arms, and waist. I'm a runner and use this machine to supplement my workouts for about 45-55 minutes 3 times a week. I did upgrade the rods and added the EZ Curl Lap Bar, great upgrade, highly reccomend. If you want to tone and define a few muscles groups and improve strength..this is your way to do it. Best investmment in fitness I have ever made. Thanks Bowflex for a great machine.

Confusing instructions, difficult to set up pulley system. Leg extension feels like a cheap after thought. Took 5hrs assembly, very quite, and I love the type of resistance.

Serious piece of equipment
Building the athletic type body is perfect with this machine. I'm in best shape of my life.The Heck with the gym and germs the waiting in line. I have it all right here.

Almost three years with this machine and not a hitch. It is helping me a lot after a three level ACDF recently. (I do need the upgrade power rods.)

Love the stationary cables for each pulley, what a great improvement from the original extreme, really saves time between sets by not having to move cables from pulley to pulley.
