Bottles are terrible
Love product but the bottles split at seam and you lose all of product. Just had second product split lost an entire contents for the second time..

Faulty bottles
2 out of the 3 bottles have broken at the top seam of the plastic bottles. BlueLand is aware of the issue and sending replacements, but because I purchased from a 3rd party (QVC) they will not be replacing the bottles. As for QVC making this right, they stated that since its past the 30 day return they also will not refund or replace the broken product.

No Q in this product
I loved the idea of eliminating plastic. If the clean tablets worked then bonus. BUT 2 of the 3 bottles broke immediately. In any case I too would like a refund and recommend QVC disconnect relationship with this company.

Great concept but not so good product
I loved the idea of this product because it would save plastic. I was very upset when I used the multipurpose cleaner and where the cleaner touched my ring finger it caused a burn all the way around my finger. I contacted the Blueland and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience. Something in their product reacted with my platinum rings and burned my finger. I have used some harsh chemicals before and never had this happen. They did not offer to let me return the products and send new ones. I haven't even used the glass cleaner.

blueland product is good but,
The cleaning product is good, but the top of the acrylic bottle for the kitchen bottle, broke off the top when I put the tablet in the bottle. [I crushed the tablet and put it in the bottle} and the top half broke off when I stared to shack the bottle to mix the contents . Need a phone number to call the compancy to replace the broken acrylic bottle

Bottles don't last, but product is fine
Of the three bottles, one cracked at the seam and the other has a failure in the hand pump. Poor design throughout. Like the premise, but would like them to update the bottles before I purchase again.

Thrilled we found Blueland!!!
After searching for a great product that we could feel good about buying, both for effectiveness and being environmentally responsible, we finally found Blueland! We could not be happier with the cleaners and hand soap. Our favorite scent is the bathroom cleaner, but all scents are pleasant and very light. We have small children and a puppy as well so it was especially important to us to find something safe to use but effective for keeping our home sparkling clean!
I actually purchased kits for two of my neighbors; they are a HIT! Great and thoughtful gift!
We HIGHLY recommend if you want a great and effective product, that you can feel responsible buying; for your family’s safety and the future of our planet!

Poor customer service
Like the multipurpose cleaner but after using daily for approximately three months, spray pump stopped working. Multiple emails to the companies customer service and they refused to replace. Better products available.
