Sturdy and durable
I’ve had this set for about a year, I like it a lot. It distributes the heat evenly on my cooktop and works well when put in the oven. I mostly like it because it can be scrubbed clean without damaging it. With a household of other people that also cooks, anything that needs up keep is near impossible. These pans clean up very nicely

Beautiful but impossible to clean
I hardly ever write reviews but am so disappointed in this set. I was so excited to finally upgrade my cookware set, when a generous wedding guest purchased this set for us. These are so beautiful, and I was thrilled to cook with a copper-cored pan.
Unfortunately, they are absolutely impossible to clean. I have tried everything- dishwasher, soaking, scrubbing with several types of sponges, boiling a mixture of water and vinegar as the website suggests, etc, and nothing works, despite having only used each pan a handful of times. Food now sticks to the left behind gunk and burns/smokes making the pans essentially nonfunctional. My cheap college non-stick set actually cleaned and functioned better. The copper stripe also discolored/faded/scratched off after only one use.
There are so many other positive reviews, possibly I received a faulty set or did something wrong.... but am so disappointed and would not recommend this set.

everything sticks In the frying pans/skillet
After having a Meyer saucepan for over 15yrs that is still going strong so last yr decided to invest in a decent full set of pots and pans chose this 11 piece set and have to say I’m severely disappointed doesn’t matter what oils I use everything sticks . Crunch came this morning when my daughter posted a video to WhatsApp group showing the disaster she had had with a fried egg

They're okay
I love my pans. I have not added alot of heat to it and it does change color and had already begin to get specks inside one of the pans but other than that I love them . Probably wouldn't buy expensive pots ever again because price is overrated.

Very Good Cookware
I bought this cookware set about six weeks ago. I am very pleased that cooking is easy. I have no problems with cleaning the pots and pans. Sometimes the 8 inch pan will get a food stain, but it is easily cleaned with apple cider vinegar. The 1 1/4 quart pot and the 2 1/4 quart pot are used often, and the copper turns dark with darker spots on them.
I find that extra care is needed for the copper bands. Once a week I rub apple cider vinegar into the copper bands and vigorously rub the darker spots. This restores the glow and removes the dark spots.
I would recommend the Nouvelle Stainless Steel cookware set.

Anolon 10-piece cookware set
This is a good cookware set. The food stains from cooking come off with vinegar. The copper ring around the bottom of the pots becomes darker after cooking and it is necessary to rub it with vinegar to bring back the glow. This must be done on a regular basis after cooking.

copper turns brown color
I purchased the 10 piece cookware set a month ago. The copper strips on the outside of the pans has turned colors. Very disappointed.

Really want to love it!
such a beautiful and attractive set! really love how it looks in my kitchen... however, used it just once and the copper rim got all spotted and scratched:( looks dull now..
