Easy does it with the Caring Kohl Gentle Waterproof Eyeliner! This retractable kohl eye pencil glides on with a smooth, long-wear formula that lasts up to 24 hours. It's equipped with a smudger sponge to let you smoke out your color for a dramatic look (think: day-to-night magic!). Plus, it's ophthalmologist tested and dermatologist-tested to be non-irritating.
And for ideal application? The dual-ended cheek and eye shadow brush comes in a special-edition blue shade you'll adore.
How do I use it: Apply Sunstone eye shadow all over the lid as a base. Blend Raisin eye shadow in the crease and lower lash line for the look of extra intensity. Sweep Terrosa eye shadow underneath the brow bone and the inner corner of the eyes to highlight.
