I have been looking for a humidifier for a long time. Most were very complicated. You had to fill the tank constantly. You had to buy special additives. The filters had to be replaced quite often. I was watching QVC and this Air Innovations came on. I couldn't believe it. It was just what I wanted. Two huge tanks for water. Permanent filters. You could even choose how much moisture you wanted. The price was great and free shipping. I am so pleased with it. Am I glad I purchased it. Thanks QVC.

This is the best humidifier I've ever used, and I'm 60 yrs. Old. First it's very attractive and efficient. I filled it 2 weeks ago. I have it in a very large room so I use it on "turbo" setting. One tank is still full. I love that I can set the humidity level and program when I want it to start and stop. I love that I can adjust the mist volume. The remote control is an added bonus. It really is fantastic!! I'm going to order another one!

Here's what you need to know. I've had my first one for a year with no problems. You have to handle it GENTLY because the parts can easily crack or break. I only use distilled water. That prevents buildup, white dust, particles, and the lit. About $1 a gallon and 2 gallons last me 5 days running on full mist 24 hours. I purchased a liquid humidifier cleaner and use it once a month. I add a tap of white vinegar about every other quarter and when I'm cleaning the interior base. Like any machine, including the human body, maintenance and care is necessary. The better the maintenance and care, the longer it lives. I am known to take care of my "things" forever. I'm back to buy my second one. With clearance and easy pay, I may get 2. If I get a raise before they're gone, I'll get 2 more. Enjoy!

I purchased it for a bedroom. I'm not thrilled with the two heavy tanks. It gurgles during the night and filling from the bottom is a pain. I chose it for the price and I'm keeping it, but only because I don't want to take the time to decide on another.

I purchased this for my daughter in Las Vegas. I tried it out before giving it to her to make sure it works well and it does. I filled both tanks and let the water run completely dry and the machine turned off as promised. The machine and remote have lots of options which makes it flexible and adaptable in different rooms. I'd highly recommend it!
Rated 2 out of 5 by ANGELINA 2 This is not a good buy or product.
I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT IT HAD A LARGE WATER CAPACITY AND IT ALSO SAID IT HAD A 120 HOUR RUN TIME. I HAVE HAD IT FOR A WEEK. I HAVE TO REFILL THE TANKS ON THIS PRODUCT EVERY 2 DAYS. THAT IS NOT 120 HOUR RUN TIME. THE TANKS WEIGH A TON AND THAT IS SUCH A MESS TO DO EVERY 2 DAYS. HIGH PRICE TO PAY FOR A HUMIDIFIER THAT WORKS NO BETTER THAN ONE I CAN BUY AT A RETAIL STORE FOR LESS THAN HALF THIS PRICE AND I GOT THIS ON CLEARANCE TOO????? NOT A GOOD CHOICE, ONLY GOOD PART WAS THAT IT HAD A REMOTE CONTROL. GOING BACK.

I purchased this humidifier not knowing that you could not use tap water out of your faucet. In the presentation this was not mentioned, nor the frequency interference with tv and other devices that the unit puts out. There was a big red warning sheet stating that this unit could only be used with distilled water. I am not lugging home gallons of distilled water every time I wish to fill it. The expense over winter would be many dollars because both tanks run approximately 170 hours on low. I was very disappointed about this fact. I did not read the online manual before purchase, and should have. Usually I check such things out. Then I went back to the online reviews and found out many people had the humidifier die within 2-3 months of purchase. If this is happening to quite a few people, I do not want to pay $61 for that. I used it one night, and while reading the manual I discovered these issues, so I packed it back up and mailed it back this morning. I own my original Air Innovations from 3 years ago which takes regular tap water, and is not too heavy for me to carry to the faucet and back to the bedroom, and it is still running just fine. I decided I will stick with it in my bedroom. I was going to put it in my husband's office and use the big humidifier but I am sticking with my 3 year old purchase. No issues at all with the one I have had.
