Pump up the volume with this tarte Maneater home and away mascara duo with curler! This set creates massive volume, boundless length, and extreme curl to help make eyes appear bigger and lifted with one pump and coat.
How do I use it: Using a mirror, place the open curler on bare lashes, getting as close to the base of the lashes as possible. Gently squeeze the ergonomic handles near the root of the lashes and hold in place for a few seconds. Gently release the curler before pulling away to avoid pulling lashes. Place mascara brush at root of lashes and wiggle in a zigzag motion to the tip. Layer on for maximum drama.
