Winter Trail Mix

Serves: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup of hot chocolate powder mix
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 Tbsp mild chili powder
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of cashews
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of a keto-friendly cinnamon cereal
  • 2 cups of a keto-friendly chocolate cereal

Preparation

Heat your oven to 325°F.

Mix the cashews, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, salt, chili powder, and hot chocolate mix together. Add water and mix to coat the nut mixture. Spread on a lined sheet tray and bake for 10 minutes at 325°F.

Let the nut mixture cool completely. Break up the mixture and then mix it into a large bowl with the cereal and white chocolate chips.

Feel free to use any type of cereal, nuts, or dried fruit.
