Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tsp taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Sour cream (optional)

Preparations

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken breasts in your 9x13'' Temp-tations® baker.

Sprinkle with taco seasoning, turning chicken once to cover both sides. Pour salsa over the top.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with sour cream (optional) and serve.
