Pizza Bloody Marys

If you prefer to make these nonalcoholic, you can replace the vodka with additional Bloody Mary mix.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bloody Mary mix, chilled and divided
  • 4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Ice
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 4 (4.5") bamboo picks
  • 2 (1/4") slices pepperoni
  • 2 cherry-sized balls fresh mozzarella
  • 2 pepperoncini
  • 2 (1/2") pieces cooked Italian sausage
  • 2 extra-large black olives
  • 2 marinated mushrooms
  • 2 (1"x 1") pieces green bell pepper

Preparation

Place 2 oz of the Bloody Mary mix in a small, shallow plate. Spread the parmesan cheese over a separate small plate.

Take two (6-oz) glasses and dunk the rim of each one, first in the Bloody Mary mix and then in the parmesan cheese, to rim the glasses. Fill each glass with ice.

Stir the oregano and vodka into the remaining Bloody Mary mix and divide this mixture between the two glasses.

Take two of the bamboo picks and skewer each one with a slice of pepperoni, a mozzarella ball, and a pepperoncini. Take the remaining two bamboo picks and skewer each one with a piece of Italian sausage, a black olive, a mushroom, and a piece of green pepper.

Place one of each different skewer horizontally on the rim of each glass and serve.
