Mermaid Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 4 oz champagne
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Midori
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao, chilled
  • Champagne glass
  • Straw
  • Orange slices, for garnish

Preparation

In a measuring cup, mix the champagne and pineapple juice.

Pour mixture into the champagne flute.
Place a straw in the center of your champagne flute.

Pour one ounce of Midori into another small measuring cup and then slowly pour it through the straw and into the champagne mixture.
Repeat the same method with the blue curacao.

Remove the straw.
Garnish with orange.

Cook's Notes

You may substitute orange juice for the pineapple juice if you wish.
