Belgian Choc-tini

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. chocolate liquor, such as Godiva
  • 2 oz. whipped cream vodka
  • 3 oz. crème de cacao
  • 2 oz. coffee liquor, such as Kahlua
  • Chocolate syrup, for garnish

Preparation

Place two martini glasses in the freezer for ten minutes.

Meanwhile, add about a cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour all the liquids over the ice, top with the lid, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Remove the martini glasses from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Strain the choco-tini into each glass, and serve.

Cook's Notes

If you can’t find whipped cream vodka, vanilla vodka makes a delicious substitute.
