Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus a pinch more for garnish
  • 1-1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

Place the milk first, and then all of the remaining ingredients, into a blender and pulse until creamy. Pour into two tall glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!

Cook's Notes

If you don't freeze the bananas ahead of time, just add 4 to 5 ice cubes with fresh bananas.
