Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cup coarsely crushed potato chips
  • 3 Tbsp fresh chopped dill

Preparation

Mix the flour, salt, and pepper together in the first dish. Whisk the egg and mayonnaise together in the second dish. Combine the potato chip crumbs, dill, coriander, and garlic together in the third dish.

Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.

Place the pieces of cod in an even layer into the basket. Air-fry for 5 minutes, then turn each piece over and return for another 5 minutes until the fish is cooked and golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, malt vinegar, Worcestershire , lemon juice, dried onion, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the aioli.

Serve with malt aioli and lemon wedges alongside french-fries and coleslaw.
