Description
An eye-opening duo! This Laura Mercier mascara and tightline eyeliner kit includes a full-size Caviar Mascara in Black and a Caviar Tightline Eyeliner in your choice of shade.
How do I use it: Apply mascara starting at base of lashes from underneath. Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to tips, repeating as necessary.
Lash Line: Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes.
Tight Line: Press softly on the eye lid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal the bottom of the lash line. Apply in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motions. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes.
Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper waterline.
