Cils Booster XL Lash Primer is a white mascara primer formulated with XL microfibers. It helps to condition your lashes, helping you gain maximum boosting effects. It lengthens and thickens the look of lashes. It smoothes the look of eyelashes by coating them thinly and evenly.
How do I use it: Comb mascara through lashes with the S-shaped brush in a smooth, vertical motion. Place the flat curved slide of the brush on the lash fringe. Let the brush glide on lashes from root to tip. Turn the brush and use the side bristles to structure your gaze. Apply in gradual layers for desired effect.
As a base coat for mascara, apply primer from roots to tips of eyelashes, and while Cils Booster XL is still wet, coat your lashes in your favorite mascara until white primer is no longer visible. As a nighttime eyelash conditioner, after cleansing face and finishing normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes. Allow to dry properly before sleep.
