Place frozen crab cakes on a nonstick baking sheet, lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray, and bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached; or thaw, add oil to a frypan, and saute for three to four minutes on each side
