Broken within a year
Was awesome for the short time it worked. Circuit board fried within a year. No one would replace it. Save your money.

There is a great sound in such a small footprint for this 5.1 Surround Sound system. I was a bit skeptical when I lifted the box left by UPS as it felt lighter than I would have expected given other products I've bought especially with the subwoofer.
Still, these diminutive speakers and lighter subwoofer makes watching movies much better than without. The system I had used for a few years just up and quit.
I can only offer what I see so far and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
The setup instructions were easy to read. I would have liked to have the different individual speakers labeled. I was able to figure out which was which given the different lengths of the connecting cables.
Finally, since I live in an apartment where space is at a premium I like the size of this system by BeFree.

A peice of trash
I bought this in December for a Christmas gift, and the sub blew before April, the cords are not long enough at all and over all it seems like a small child in a sweat shop made this out of glue and hay. Poorly made and VERY disappointed in QVC for even selling this TRASH.

Horrible Remote does not work wires short
Sad to say, we didn't get this opened in time to return and I never return things. Tried everything and remote does not work well. Pushing volume 5/10 times before it will work new batteries et. :( Speaker wires are too short to place on walls around living room. Just not happy Lesson learned will go wireless next time and open to try immediately.

I want to slap myself.
Purchased product in September and it stopped working by January. I had to buy extensions because the wiring did not extend far enough to surround anything but a small corner in my room. One of the speakers was broken, the instructions are lacking, and the quality is poor. All together disapointing.

Bummed
I haven't tried these out yet because they are a gift, but I ordered them for Christmas for my boyfriend and the box came in with pictures all over it. It was supposed to be a surprise...but due to the pictures plastered all over the box, it wasn't :(
Very disappointed about that. If you are ordering as a gift, be sure you will be home to receive it

its a great multi platform sound system at this price point needs longer wires though and better directions.
