Who is it for: Sweet Almond Mint is a universal cleansing agent that doesn't weigh hair down. For all hair types, especially those with fine-to-medium hair.

Lavender is a universal cleanser formulated for all hair types, particularly dry, dehydrated, or color-treated hair. Great for creating volume without weighing hair down.

Fig is a rich-density cleanser that helps to moisturize, hydrate, and replenish hair. For all hair types, it contains moisturizing properties for medium-to-coarse, wavy-to-curly, and ethnic hair.

Pomegranate is formulated for all hair types to add moisture without weighing hair down.

Tea Tree is exceptional for dry, flaky, or sensitive scalps. For all hair types, it has moisturizing properties for medium-to-coarse, wavy-to-curly, and ethnic hair.

Cucumber Aloe is ideal for oily scalps and dry hair. For all hair types, it's exceptional for fine-to-medium hair.

Why is it different: WEN cleansing conditioner is detergent-free, yet gently cleanses and moisturizes.

How do I use it: Apply in four sections: crown, nape, ends on the right, and ends on the left. For hair above your ears, use a minimum of eight pumps (two pumps per section). For hair above your shoulders, use a minimum of 12 pumps (three pumps per section). For hair down to your shoulders, use a minimum of 16 pumps (four pumps per section). For hair past your shoulders, use a minimum of 20 pumps (five pumps per section). For hair to your mid-back, use a minimum of 24 pumps (six pumps per section). For thicker/coarser hair, increase amount of pumps in order to thoroughly cleanse the scalp and hydrate ends. Please see FAQ tab for more specific information and approximate pumps per bottle.

WEN by Chaz Dean Choice of 32 oz Cleansing Conditioner is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 6075.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best For Me This product line is the best cleanser/conditioner, I have used ... ever! It simplifies cleansing as it is an all in one process and works well on my natural, silvery hair, without a greasy end result; producing beautiful sheen that glistens in the sunlight. I receive so many compliments! Having used this for years in several fragrance options, which are many from which to choose, I must note that value/quantity from QVC is amazing. One gets double the amount for half the product cost on manufacturer's website. I am quite pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! This conditioning shampoo is the best thing that has happened to my hair in years. I use to dread shampooing. My dry hair would clump on top of my head. Now it’s soft and smooth for the whole thing!! I love it. Never going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 'WEN GIRL' since SWEET ALMOND was ONLY 'CHOICE' It only took the FIRST 'info-mercial' and if, GOD FORBID, only had time to grab my MOST cherished items...PETS, FAMILY PICS/ SENTIMENTALS...AND MY BOTTLES OF WEN/ORIGINAL 'SHOWER COMBS' (part of the, VERY FIRST WEN SHIPMENTS, we could only get thru that large supplier of 'AS SEEN ON TV' products, back 'WEN' U, CHAZ DEAN HAD A LONGER, 'BOB LIKE' HAIR STYLE...LOL)...In THAT ORDER...When the POMEGRANATE formulation became available...AND, initially, was 'limited edition', NEVER 2B SEEN AGAIN after those 2-3 regular shipments...After using IT, I KNEW IT WAS, AN EVEN BETTER WEN...FOR MY HAIR...AND COULD NOT GIVE IT UP...I called the 'order line' & BEGGED the phone rep for suggestions. She told me, AS OF MIDNITE IT WOULDN'T EVEN BE IN THEIR COMPUTERS...BUT...she said she would speak to someone, see what she could do, and call me back with any info...About 6 weeks later...A LARGE, VERY HEAVY BOX ARRIVED...A TWO-LEVEL CASE...I don't remember whether the ONLY SIZE for the cleanser/conditioner was 16 or 24 oz, at that time, but...24 BOTTLES OF POMEGRANATE CLEANSER/CONDITIONER...AND 3 'PUMPS'!!! NO INVOICE/BILL...Just a, HANDWRITTEN NOTE, stating it was 'unsellable', except to EMPLOYEES at a nominal fee, being sent with his compliments & BEST WISHES that I GET WELL SOON...I JUMPED on WEN because I am a Firefighter/Paramedic who contacted Hepatitis C in my Line of Duty...and the disease/medications DESTROYED my, already, normally, fine/fragile hair...after trying the ORIGINAL formulation, the hair I had left, was MUCH healthier...AND it stopped falling out, NEARLY as fast...BUT, WITH THE POMRGRANATE FORMULATION, I SAW RE-GROWTH!!! I CONTINUED receiving the regular shipments, for the other products included in each 'set', until THEY stopped coming, some time ago, but was able to find...EVERY FRAGRANCE/FORMULATION...along with your other products online, when I, EVENTUALLY needed, and learned there WAS a CHEMICAL DIFFERENCE from the original, that explained...other than 'placebo effect' the, EVEN BETTER RESULTS I saw in my hair!!! I even introduced others...INCLUDING MY EX-HUSBAND (WHO NOT ONLY STILL USES IT...HE, TOO...BY CHANCE, DISCOVERED WHAT A GREAT 'SHAVING CREAM' IT IS)...to WEN with the bottles of the 'original' I had/continued to receive, regularly...BTW, tho it lasted a VERY LONG TIME...I saw NO DIFFERENCE OF ANY KIND, In the LAST bottle from THE FIRST I opened/used, so WEN has a VERY LONG...SEVERAL YEAR, SHELF LIFE...I learned, from an early age, to use my 'after bath...ALL gray water' whenever possible...especially when washing our pets...My 2, short-haired, CHICHIs...Percy & Damian, are no exception...as long as I could 'splash' the bath water into MY eyes, with no burning/irritation, B4 getting out, it was OK for THEM...So THEY have had MUCH softer/healthier/fuller/shinier...& whiter portions (on my PERCY)...not to mention THICKER, 'WINTER-LIKE' COATS, with fewer 'hot spots' from their allergies to Summer weeds, shrubbery, etc...YEAR-ROUND...from the 'residual WEN' still in the water...but rinsing them completely...B4 I even KNEW there is a WEN FOR PETS...THO I REALIZE YOU CAN NOT MAKE ANY HEALTH/TREATMENT CLAIMS...I...AND MY PUPS...CAN ATTEST THAT WEN HAS EXCEEDED THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE RESULTS YOU CLAIM & SHOW WITH YOUR MODELS...FOR AS LONG AS ALISHA & YOUR OTHER, LONG-TIME WEN USERS/MODELS...THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME FROM ALL THOSE SCARVES/HATS....CHAZ DEAN...DAMIAN, PERCY & I ARE WISHING YOU, YOUR MODELS/STAFF...AND ALL AT QVC...A BLESSED CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SEASON!!! MUCH LUV, MARY!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Itched AWFUL left me GREASY As a swimmer I have the typical dry hair and started using the FIG version. It made my hair so matted and greasy that my mother (a hairdresser) was grossed out by it. My hair started thinning in sept so I stopped using and all was well. Then I saw that I really seemed to have a greasy scalp and dry hair. So I came back to QVC and ordered the cucumber aloe version. (QVC is selling so it must be good, right?) After a few uses my scalp rashed and itched so badly that I had to re-wash my hair in the morning and discontinue. For some reason it STILL left my hair greasy. I tried different routines, amounts, and rinsed for a LONG time and made sure I got it all out. I ended up making a complaint to the FDA along with another 21,000+ women! I've no allergies. Do NOT recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely wonderful shampoo. I adore Wen Shampoo. I prefer Cucumber Aloe but love them all. I’m 73 years old and have never had my hair colored. I started getting slightly gray recently and my daughter introduced me to Pure Henna. She did it for me. I love Wen even more now because the Henna lasts longer. Even though I’ve had health problems, my Wen is still keeping my hair looking good. Once you get used to it, you can’t function without it. Love, love, love, Wen. Thank you Chaz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The FIG Wen gets rid of Seborrheic Keratoses To all who have Seborrheic Keratoses the FIG Wen shampoo seems to get these off. These are those black or dark brown raised spots (you can look it up to see images) that look like skin cancer but are not. I have one going into the hair line around my temple and just by chance had a bottle of the "Fig" Wen shampoo and it started coming off after a few uses. I had lots of different bottles of Wen which received as gifts..etc.. but they never took this off and just by chance when shampooing with the Fig, after a couple of days it started coming off in chunks!! It does come back but when I use the Fig it starts coming off again so this is no coincidence!! I leave the rest up to others with this condition or researchers to test yourself!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wen Fig I used the fig and noticed my long beautiful hair is now falling out from the root and thinning at the temple just like other users I threw this mess out.,my hair needs washing usually once a week with wen it's every 3 days..why are you promoting this product when clearly it's something wrong with it. .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from How Much? I always hear 8 pumps on crown 8 pumps on bottom twice then 3 pumps to leave in. After one shampoo 1/2 the bottle is gone. Am I using too much?
