Excellent product but manual needs revised
Greg B just saved me hours of further frustration and having to call tech support and possibly sending in an otherwise perfectly good unit. At least put an addendum sheet in each box with those instructions for the chain break. No where in the manual does it mention turning the the chain brake off (or its use for that matter) and it is stiff so it's not something one is likely to keep pulling on for fear of breaking the handle. Great saw overall for light duty either as standalone or with the pole attachment! Easy to use for beginners like myself.
